I saw a photo of red boy snowboarder with his medal and I thought it was a joke... but then tonight I saw Joey Cheek (sp?) wearing his medal and it's not a joke at all!
WTF!!!?!?!?!? it's a big flat donut now? no wait! it's a CD! no it's... just plain ugly...
was I not paying attention? were these used in the last olympics? when did this godawful thing happen?
the old medals were classy, they looked lie, well, they looked like MEDALS!! a

Tue, February 14, 2006 - 9:15 PMthey designed them with the hole in the center on purpose - it's supposed to represent the italian idea of the piazza ... i think with every olympics they redesign them now to portray something of a theme for the city that hosts... -
